Internal Staff SMS Program

CEO Holdings LLC operates one text-messaging program. It is internal and employee-only. It is not a marketing program, and it is not open to the public.

Who receives messages

Only authorized staff of CEO Holdings LLC — currently two people: Christopher Otero, owner and licensed health insurance agent, and one administrative assistant. No client, prospect, applicant, or member of the public sends or receives any message under this program.

What the program does

Authorized staff text short lead-status updates from their own mobile phones to a company phone number operated by CEO Holdings LLC. An automated system records each update in the company's CRM and returns a short SMS confirmation to the staff member who sent it; both staff members can also watch a shared internal activity feed. The purpose is internal record-keeping of sales pipeline activity.

How staff consent

Written acknowledgment (primary, always required). Before a staff member's mobile number is enrolled, the owner hands them the one-page Internal SMS Program Acknowledgment. The form names the program, lists the disclosures below, and records the staff member's name and mobile number. The staff member reads it, signs, and dates it; CEO Holdings LLC keeps the signed original on file and only then enrolls the number. A blank specimen is publicly viewable at the link above.

Verbal confirmation (secondary, never used alone). Before enrollment the owner also reads this script aloud: "Do you agree to receive automated text confirmations from CEO Holdings LLC at your mobile number for internal lead tracking? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP any time to opt out or HELP for help; your number is never shared or sold." The staff member answers yes and the owner records the date. The signed form is always still required.

There is no public sign-up form, web form, or advertised keyword, because the public is not eligible for this program.

Acknowledgment wording

"I consent to receive automated SMS confirmations from CEO Holdings LLC at the mobile number listed above, for internal lead tracking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Mobile numbers are not shared or sold to any third party."

Stopping and rejoining by text

An enrolled staff member can text STOP at any time to opt out and will receive a standard opt-out confirmation. A staff member who has previously signed the acknowledgment and later opted out can rejoin by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to the company number, and receives this confirmation: "CEO Holdings LLC: You are now opted in to receive lead update confirmations from this number. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." These keywords only re-enable a previously documented enrollment — they never enroll anyone new.
